Becoming One with The Cosmos

As the founder of Cosmosis, Kristen Taber believes that we can all achieve transformation through oneness with the Universe. Kristen is a 200 hour RYT through Silvia Mordini at the Alchemy of Yoga School, and is SUP Yoga Certified through Salty Buddha Paddle and Yoga Company. As a lover of nature and adventure, she's created a space where people of all ages and abilities can learn the core values of Yoga - connection, commitment, discipline, peace, healing, and gratitude for all.
