About the event
Cosmosis Yoga and FigMint Farms are excited to bring you an outdoor, gentle yoga class followed by relaxation on the farm with bites and lemonde from Sassool.
This event kicks off with a relaxing, one-hour yoga class underneath the pines. Soak in the fresh air as you are guided through different and approachable yoga poses by Registered Yoga Teacher and Founder of Cosmosis Yoga, Kristen Taber.
Afterwards, yogis are invited to enjoy a spread of Sassool bites and FigMint Farms lemonade, which is made from the farm's freshly-grown mint. Explore the farm and take it all of the beautiful, nature spaces FigMint Farms has to offer.
What to Bring:
- Yoga mat
- Sunglasses and/or hat
- Water
- (Optional) Blanket or any yoga props like blocks, if you have them
